I am a licensed medical professional and I understand that the treatments demonstrated on this site are "off label" and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Certifications offered in this workshop are not the same as having a license to practice medicine. The ability to legally perform any specific medical procedures vary from State to State depending on the type of license I have.  I will use my clinical judgement to safely treat my patients within the scope of my license. The tutorials offered in this training are provided with the understanding that I already have the basic medical training in such things as using sterile technique and basic knowledge of how to treat complications such as infections and poor wound healing. I have secured the necessary insurance coverage and riders that may be required to required to perform medical procedures on my patients. I understand that it is my responsibility to do the due diligence necessary to verify coverage for procedures that I am and will be performing.
