You agree that if you choose to continue to use the trademarked names of the procedures you learn beyond the free trail period, you will pay the licensing fees for each trademark. You may continue to perform the procedures without paying licensing fees if you do not use the trademarked names in your marketing and sales of the procedures. You agree that you will not teach the proprietary techniques to other clinicians without explicit permission from the owner(s) of the trademarks.
